新生儿急性骨髓炎4例临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical features,diagnosis and early treatment of neonatal acute osteomyelitis.Methods A retrospective study was done about clinical symptoms,treatment and prognosis of neonates diagnosed with acute osteomyelitis in Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital from January 2012 to April 2016.Results There were four cases of neonatal acute osteomyelitis.Fever,limited limb activities,crying with touch or passive movement of extremities,soft tissue swelling of the affected area were typical clinical manifestations in the acute phase of osteomyelitis in neonates.Three infants were fully recovered without sequela.One case gave up treatment during hospitalization and slope exists.Conclusion Neonatal acute osteomyelitis is a rare disease with atypical clinical features.Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment can reduce the incidence of sequela.%目的 探讨新生儿急性骨髓炎的临床特点、诊断及早期治疗.方法 选择2012年1月至2016年4月青岛市妇女儿童医院收治的急性骨髓炎患儿,回顾性分析其临床特点、诊疗经过及预后情况.结果 研究期间共收治4例新生儿急性骨髓炎,发热、肢体活动受限、触摸或被动活动患肢时哭闹明显、患处软组织肿胀等是新生儿急性骨髓炎急性期突出临床表现.经治疗后3例患儿痊愈,无后遗症发生;1例住院期间放弃治疗,现有跛行.结论 新生儿期急性骨髓炎早期缺乏特异性表现,早期诊断和治疗可减少后遗症发生.
