盆炎消联合盆腔灌注治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症疗效研究

摘要

目的 研究盆炎消联合盆腔灌注对湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的有效性.方法 选择2014年4月至2015年12月在咸阳市中心医院和陕西中医学院附属医院确诊为湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的患者73例,随机分为两组:中西医结合组采用口服中药盆炎消+西药盆腔灌注;中药组采用口服中药盆炎消.结果 ①中西医结合组治疗后总有效率显著优于中医组(χ2=17.036,P<0.01);②中西医结合组对于腰骶胀痛改善效果显著优于中药组(χ2=7.920,P<0.01);③子宫活动受限或压痛改善、输卵管增粗或子宫旁片状增厚改善两组间比较均无显著性差异(χ2值分别为3.419、0.770,均 P>0.05).结论 盆炎消+盆腔灌注是一种高效的中西医结合治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的方案,为临床盆腔炎性疾病的治疗提供了有价值的参考.%Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of penyanxiao combined with pelvic perfusion on the sequelae of pelvic infammatory disease(PID)of accumulation and stasis of damp-heat type.Methods From April 2014 to December 2015 totally 73 cases of PID of the accumulation and stasis of damp-heat type were selected from Xianyang Central Hospital and Shaanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and randomly divided into two groups.Group of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with western medicine was treated with TCM of Penyanxiao plus pelvic perfusion of western medicine,while the group of TCM was treated merely with TCM of Penyanxiao.Results The total effective rate of the group of TCM combined with western medicine was significantly superior to that of the group of TCM(χ2=17.036,P<0.01).As to swelling pain in lumbosacral portion of TCM syndromes after the treatment,the group of TCM combined with western medicine had improved more significantly compared with the group of TCM(χ2=7.920,P<0.01).There was no significant difference between two groups in improvement of uterine activity limitations and pressing pain,widening of oviduct and flake thickening beside the womb(χ2value was 3.419 and 0.770,respectively,both P> 0.05).Conclusion Penyanxiao combined with pelvic perfusion of western medicine is an effective therapeutic scheme for the sequelae of PID of the accumulation and stasis of damp-heat type,which is of valuable reference for the treatment of PID.
