鸭病毒性脑炎(暂定)病原分离与鉴定的初步研究

摘要

从以腹泻和腿麻痹为主要症状的康贝尔鸭肝、脾中分离到1株病毒。该病毒能适应于鸡胚、鸭胚，胚接种后不死亡，但有出血点。小鸭人工感染病毒后出现与自然病例相似的症状，并能回收到病毒。电镜观察病毒主要呈球形，有囊膜，大小约为30 nm；病毒有3种结构蛋白，VP1(17KD)、VP２(41KD)和VP３(50KD)，其中VP３为主要结构蛋白，病毒核酸为单链RNA。%one strain of virus was isolated from the spleens and livers of the ducks characterized mainly by diarrhea and paralysis on duck farms in Hebei province during 1995, The embryos inoculated with the virus didn't die. The ducklings inoculated with the virus showed symptoms similar to those of field cases,and the virus could be obtainted from the tissues of those died ducklings.By electron microscopy,the virus was spherical in shape and 30nm in diameter approximately and in envelope.The SDSPAGE experiments revealed that the virus contained 3 structure polypeptides:VP１(17KD)，VP2(41KD)，VP３(50KD).The VP３ was a major structure protein,the test also showed the virus genome contained one single strnad RNA.
