Objective To verify the correlation betwwen clustered calcifications in ultrasound and expression of c-erbB-2 in breast cancer. Methods A total of 108 cases of breast cancer were examined with ultrasound before operation, and the expression of c-erbB-2 in all mastectomy specimens were measured by immunohistochemistry. Results In 108 cases of breast cancer, the c-erbB-2 positive rate in lesions with clustered calcifications was statistically higher than that in lesions without calcification (51. 21% vs 34. 33% , -^ = 4. 812,P=0. 028). Conclusions Ultrasound characteristics of breast cancer can reflect the expression state of c-erbB-2 to a certain degree.%目的 探讨乳腺癌超声声像图表现有簇状钙化点与c-erbB-2癌基因蛋白表达之间的相关性研究. 方法 收集术前行超声检查乳腺癌患者108例,术后病理标本进行免疫组织化学染色,判断c-erbB-2表达情况.将超声表现分为有、无簇状钙化点组,并分别与c-erbB-2表达状况进行比较研究.结果 108例乳腺癌患者中,有簇状钙化点组c-erbB-2阳性率为51.22％ (21/41),高于无簇状钙化点组为34.33％ (23/67),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.812,P=0.028).结论 乳腺癌声像图簇状钙化点特征在一定程度上反映了c-erbB-2的表达状况.
