Objective To explore the clinical value of detection of fetal transposition of great arteries with echocardiography. Methods Sonographs from 31 cases with fetal transposition of great arteries(TGA) were recorded during routine fetal echocardiography. Results 26 cases were confirmed by postnatal echocardiography or autopsy. 5 cases were lost. A total of 26 fetuses were revealed with fetal transposition of the great arteries,including 19 complete TGA,5 corrected TGA, 2 cases of suspected transposition of great arteries by prenatal echocardiography, confirmed by postnatal operation with double outlet in right ventricle. Conclusions Fetal echocardiography is the leading diagnostic tool for prenatal evaluation of fetal transposition of great arteries.%目的 探讨超声心动图产前诊断胎儿大动脉转位的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析产前超声筛查的31例大动脉转位胎儿的超声心动图图像特征.结果 26例经产后超声心动图或尸检证实,5例失访.26例胎儿大动脉转位中,完全性大动脉转位19例,矫正性大动脉转位5例,2例产前超声心动图怀疑为大动脉转位,经引产后证实为右室双出口.结论 超声心动图产前诊断胎儿大动脉转位具有较好的临床应用价值.
