Objective To evaluate the left ventricular long-axis regional systolic function before and after off-pump coronary artery bypass graft (OPCABG) using real-time triplane strain rate imaging. Methods Using real-time triplane strain rate imaging, the systolic strain rate (SRs) was obtained before and after OPCABG at interventricular septum and left ventricular wall. Results SRs was increased 1 week and 3 months after OPCABG in different degree, respectively (P<0. 05). Conclusions Left ventricular long-axis regional systolic function was improved after OPCABG. Real-time triplane strain rate imaging can quantitative evaluate left ventricular long-axis regional systolic function before and after OPCABG.%目的 探讨实时三平面应变率成像技术评价非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCABG)前后左室长轴局部收缩功能的临床应用价值.方法 应用实时三平面应变率成像技术检测OPCABG前后室间隔及左室壁各节段收缩期峰值应变率(SRs).结果 与术前比较,OPCABG术后1周部分节段SRs增加(P<0.05),术后3个月各节段SRs进一步增加(P<0.05).结论 OPCABG后,左室长轴局部收缩功能明显改善;实时三平面应变率成像技术可以定量准确评价OPCABG前后左室长轴局部收缩功能的变化.
