高原缺氧对抗震官兵瞬时波强负向波面积及缺氧诱导因子影响的研究

     

摘要

Objective Checking Negative Area(NA) of anti-seismic soldiers' Carotid using Wave Intensity technology combining the change of Hypoxia induced factor(HIF-la) ?to investigate the influence of high altitude hypoxia on NA and HIF-lo of Carotid. Methods According to the time of entering into Yushu of Qinghai,25O anti-seismic soldiers were divided into the first group(100 cases, rushed into plateau in 7 days)and the second group(150 cases, stayed there one year and more) ,NA and HIF-la of two groups were measured,and compared with the plain group. Results NA of the first group decreases,but it is meaningless in statistic analysis(P>0. 05) ,NA of the second group increases(P<0. 05), HIF-la of two groups all increase, they are meaning in statistic analysis(P<0. 05). Conclusions Cerebral vascular resistance reaction to hypoxia relate to the persistent time of hypoxia,It can't be ignored that Hypoxia induced factor la in hypoxia at high altitude play a great role to accommodation to economy.%目的 应用瞬时波强(WI)技术测定抗震官兵颈总动脉瞬时波强负向波面积(NA),结合缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)的变化,探讨高原缺氧对颈动脉NA及HIF-1α的影响.方法 根据进入青海玉树地区时间的不同,将250例抗震官兵分为第一组(100例,急进高原7d内)及第二组(150例,留居1年及以上),对两组进行NA及HIF-1α含量的测定,并与平原组对照.结果 第一组NA减低,但结果无统计学意义(P>0.05),第二组NA增大(P<0.05);两组的HIF-1α均表达上调(P<0.05).结论 脑血管阻力对低氧的反应与低氧持续的时间有关,在低氧环境中缺氧诱导因子HIF-1α对机体的调节不可忽视.
