目的 探讨超声引导下不停止哺乳穿刺治疗急性乳腺炎的初步临床应用.方法 选择超声诊断为单乳单房脓肿的29例急性乳腺炎患者,在超声引导下依次对脓腔行穿刺、抽吸,生理盐水、药物分别冲洗,局部加压包扎,配以全身抗炎治疗.结果 29例患者在超声下观察脓腔消失,临床症状减轻,经7～14 d治疗后全部治愈.结论 采用超声引导下不停止哺乳治疗急性乳腺炎的方法操作简单,创伤小,痛苦少,更重要的是不影响母乳喂养,是治疗乳腺炎的一种好方法.%Objective To investigate the initial application of the puncture treatment of breast abscess under ultrasound guidance with no stopping lactation. Methods Select 29 cases of acute mastitis patients with diagnosis as single-mammary unilocular abscess by ultrasound. Under ultrasound guidance the abscesses, were punctured, aspirated, washed by 0. 9% saline and drug respectively,then pressure bandaged locally, together with systemic anti-inflammatory treatment. Results 29 patients were observed under ultrasound. The abscess disappears and the clinical symptoms were relieved. All the patients were all cured after 7~14 days of treatment. Conclusions Puncture treatment of acute mastitis under ultrasound guidance with no stopping lactation has simple operation,less invasive and less pain, it does not affect breastfeeding and is a good way to treat mastitis.
