Objective To investigate the relationship between gestational sacs (GS) size and medical abortion efficacy by transvaginal ultrasonography and its clinical application value. Methods Analyzing 1 920 pregnant women requiring medical abortion, excluding 120 patients with ectopic pregnancy, vesicular mole or other reasons not fit for medical abortion. After 7 days' medication, transvaginal ultrasonography showed 162 patients with incomplete abortion and 140 patients failed. Results The failing rates of medical abortion for the groups with GS size ≤10 mm and GS size≥26 mm showed significant difference compared with other three groups (P<0. 01). The same result was obtained for the incomplete abortion rate (P<0. 01). Conclusions Transvaginal ultrasonography was convenient to monitor the efficacy of medical abortion and guide clinical treatment.%目的 探讨经阴道超声监测孕囊大小与药物流产临床结局的相关性及临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析1 920例要求药物完流产的孕妇,用药前阴道超声检查,筛查出异位妊娠、葡萄胎及不符合药物流产条件者120例,服药7d阴道超声检查提示:不全流产162例,流产失败140例.结果 孕囊≤10 mm组及≥26 mm组与其他3组间药物流产失败率有显著差异(P＜0.01),不完全流产率也有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论 阴道超声监测具有即来即查的优点,可监测药物流产效果,并指导临床处理.
