目的 探讨常规经腹彩色多普勒超声在诊断儿童肠息肉中的应用价值.方法 分析接受常规超声诊断肠息肉的72例病例,以结肠镜或术后病理结果为金标准,对常规腹部彩色多普勒超声检出肠息肉的准确度进行统计分析.结果 超声诊断与病理结果相符66例,其诊断准确度达91.7％ (66/72),术后病理结果以幼年性息肉最多见,59例,占89.4％ (59/66),黑斑息肉综合征(PJS)6例,占9.1％ (6/66),腺瘤1例,占1.5％ (1/66).息肉好发于乙状结肠,发生率达45.5％ (30/66).28例(28/66,42.4％)息肉并发肠套叠.超声误诊6例,误诊率8.3％ (6/72),超声下诊断与手术下切除的位置不一致者6例.结论 超声下儿童结肠息肉具有一定特征,超声诊断准确度较高,可作为此类疾病的首选检查方法之一.%Objective To explore the application value of routine transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of in children with colon polyps.Methods Conventional ultrasound diagnosis of 72 children with colon polyps were analyzed,taking the colonoscopy or pathological results as the "gold standard",the accuracy of ultrasonography in detecting colon polyps was analyzed statistically.Results The coincident rate between ultrasonographic and pathological results was 91.7 ％ of 66 cases.The available postoperative pathology records showed that the most frequent histological type was juvenile polyps (n=59,89.4 ％),followed by Peutz-Jeghers polyps (n=6,9.1％),then adenomatous polyps(n=1,1.5 ％).The most common polyp locations were the sigmoid colon,the incidence was up to 45.5 ％.And 37 cases with secondary intussusception in children.About 6 cases was misdiagnosed by ultrasound,and the misdiagnosis rate is 8.3 ％,the ultrasound diagnosis and surgical resection of the location were not consistent in 6 cases.Conclusions The ultrasonogram of colon polyps have characteristic appearance,and this examination with high efficiency,which may be used as the preferred inspection methods of such diseases.
