彩色双功多普勒在颈部大血管的应用

摘要

本文报道365例颈部大血管彩色双功多普勒检查的结果.对正常组、脑栓塞组、椎动脉供血不足组和一般症状组中的颈总动脉、颈内动脉、颈外动脉和椎动脉的彩色多普勒表现,最大血流速度,搏动指数,阻力指数,时间平均速度等进行了分析和讨论.认为彩色双功多普勒在脑栓塞形成、椎动脉供血不足和锁骨下动脉偷漏综合征的诊断中有一定的价值.%This paper reported 365 cases of color duplex examination in carotid arteries from Feb.1989 tO 1991.The maximal flow velocity(Vmax),pulsatility index(PI),resistivity index(RI)and time average Velocity(TAV)of common carotid artery,vertebral artery,internal and external carotid artery,were analysed and discussed in diffei'ent groups included normal,cerebral emboli,and vertebral artery supply in sufficiency.The results suggest that color duplex Doppler sonography may be useful in detect-ing cerebral emboli,vertebral artery supply insufficiency and subclavian artery steal syndrome.
