彩色多普勒检测乳腺癌周边血流分布及其频谱改变

摘要

Fifty patients with breast masses have been studied with color Doppler flow imaaging (CDFI)to observe the color blood flow disturbanee and Doppler spectrum difference between malig-nants and benigns.We found the melignant ones haye abundant color blood flow disturbance at the mar-gins of lesionds.CDFI showed the color blood flow patterns of arteries as circle,semi-ciccle,or wide stick.The pulsed Doppler could detect abnormal high-velocity and blood flow signals on Vessel loca-tion,which show not only high-systolic peak-velocity wavefoum,but also abundant continued dis-tolic flow.There is significant dof ference between benign and maligant lessions.The results indicated that the color Doppler ultrasound is a sensitive,specific and accurate method,which is hel pful in diag-nosis of the brelast carcinoma.In our study,there were eight small size cancers,which were less than 2cm in diameter,Among which the smallest is only 0.7 X 0.4cm.It subsquently proved to be malignant The vascularity of the breast also investigated with CDFI.%本文应用彩色多普勒检测乳腮肿块50例,发现乳腺癌周边彩色血流显示丰富,并可探及到动脉彩色血流呈现圆环状、半环状或粗棒状,多普勒取样后,可探及高速异常血流信号,不仅表现为收缩期峰值高,而且舒张期血流丰富,与良性肿块有显著差异.本组有2cm以下的小乳癌8例,最小的仅有O.7×0.4cm大,后证实为单纯癌.本文也对乳房血供进行了探讨.
