多菌灵及其杂质和代谢物对赤子爱胜蚯蚓的急性毒性和遗传毒性

         

摘要

The acute and genetic toxicity of carbendazim and its impurities (2,3-diaminophenazine;2-amino-3-hydroxyphenazine) and metabolite (2-aminobenzimidazole) to earthworms (Eisenia foetida) were determined by artificial soil method and blood cell micronucleus test, respectively. Results showed carbendazim was medium toxicity to earthworms with LC50 of 8.60 mg/kg dry soil while the other three compounds were low toxicity with LC50 of 14.84~27.72 mg/kg dry soil after exposure 7 days; carbendazim could induce blood cell micronucleus obviously and the micronucleus rates increased along with the increasing of dosage and exposure time; the micronucleus rates induced by two impurities and one metabolite were not significantly different to the negative control.%分别使用土壤培养法和血细胞微核试验测定多菌灵及其杂质(2,3-二氨基酚嗪和2-氨基-3-羟基酚嗪)和代谢物(2-氨基苯并咪唑)对赤子爱胜蚯蚓的急性毒性和遗传毒性。结果表明:多菌灵、2,3-二氨基酚嗪和2-氨基-3-羟基酚嗪和2-氨基苯并咪唑对赤子爱胜蚯蚓7 d的LC50分别为8.60、14.84、18.92和27.72 mg/kg 干土,多菌灵对蚯蚓的毒性为中毒,其他3种化合物为低毒。微核试验结果表明:多菌灵能明显诱导赤子爱胜蚯蚓血细胞产生微核,并且随着暴露剂量和暴露时间的延长微核率增加;其他3种物质在测定剂量和测定时间下,微核率与空白对照差异不显著。
