不同植物外源激素处理对香茅种子萌发的影响①

摘要

利用不同外源激素处理香茅种子，记录其萌发状况，探索不同浓度激素处理对香茅种子萌发的影响。结果表明，当GA3浓度为10和25 mg/L时，6-BA浓度为10和25 mg/L时，2,4-D浓度为10 mg/L时，对香茅种子的萌发均具有促进作用。%To explore the influence of hormone concentration on seed germination, different exogenous hormone treatments were applied on citronella (Cymbopogon citratus) seeds. The results showed that the germination of citronella seeds were enhanced with the GA3 concentration of 10 and 25 mg/L, 6-BA concentration of 10 and 25 mg/L, and 2,4-D concentration of 10 mg/L.
