The seeds of Desmodium Desv was hard.This seriously affected seed germination. The seed germination and seeding growth of Desmodium Desv were analyzed with 6 different Desmodium species as materials by cutting seed coat, concentrated sulfuric acid and hot water. The results showed that cutting seed coat, concentrated sulfuric acid, and hot water all could significantly increase the germination rate and germination index, but the effects of three treatments on radical length and plumule length were little. The best treatment temperature of hot water was 70℃, and the best treatment time of concentrated sulfuric acid was about 15 min. Compared with three treatments, it was found that concentrated sulfuric acid (15 min) was the best method for seed germination and could be used in large scale cultivation and utilization of Desmodium in the field.%山蚂蝗属(Desmodium Desv)植物种子具有较高的硬实度,严重影响了种子的萌发.本试验以6种山蚂蝗种质资源种子为材料,采用割破种皮、 浓硫酸和热水浸种3种催芽方法处理后,对种子萌发及幼苗生长情况进行比较分析.结果表明:割破种皮、 浓硫酸和热水浸种处理均能显著提高6种山蚂蝗属种子的发芽率和发芽指数,但对其胚根长和胚芽长影响不明显,其中热水处理以水温70℃效果最好,浓硫酸处理时间为15 min左右最佳;比较3种处理方法发现,整体而言浓硫酸处理(15 min)为山蚂蝗属植物种子催芽的最佳方法,可用于山蚂蝗的规模化栽培生产利用.
