高龄髋关节后脱位病人的护理体会（附1例报告）

摘要

Objective:To summarize the methods and experience of a case of an elder patient with posterior dislocation of hip joint . Methods:Nursing methods and clinical experience of an elder patient with posterior hip dislocation in our hospital on November 6, 2013 were analyzed retrospectively .Results:With good post -operative care , the elder patient soon recovered after closing reduction of right dislocation of hip joint in general anesthesia and skeletal traction through tubercle of right tibia , and discharged from hospital without any complications.Conclusion:Good nursing intervention of postoperative should be a key to prevent a variety of complications and convalesce nicely during the course of the syndrome .%目的：总结1例高龄髋关节后脱位病人的护理方法与体会。方法：回顾性分析我院2013年11月6日收治的1例高龄髋关节后脱位病人的护理方法与临床治疗经验。结果：本例高龄髋关节后脱位病人经过静脉全麻下右髋关节脱位闭合复位加右胫骨结节骨牵引术，术后经过精心护理，患者未发生任何并发症治愈出院。结论：术后精心护理的介入是预防各种并发症，保证患者能够顺利康复的关键。
