脊柱矫正床在特发性脊柱侧弯矫正中的临床应用

摘要

目的:探讨采用自主创新专利技术(家庭用医疗脊柱矫正床)治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的疗效. 方法:回顾性分析2011年12月~2014年12月期间我科治疗的特发性脊柱侧弯患者106例,实验组按治疗频率不同分为A、B、C3组,共56例,均应用家庭用医疗脊柱矫正床对脊柱进行牵引,30 min/次,治疗频率:A组为2次/W,B组为3次/W,C组为3次以上/W;对照组D组50例,佩戴传统脊柱侧凸矫形器≥20h/d,3个月为1疗程. 结果:2个疗程结束后4组患者的Cobb角明显低于治疗前( P3 times a week) according to the treatment frequency .Patients in control group were treated with brace therapy .Each group was treated for about 3 months.The Cobb's angle among the 3 groups were ob-served and compared .Results:The difference of Cobb's angle after the treatment between experience group and control group was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The efficacy of B group and C group was better than that of A group (P<0.05), and there was no difference between B group and C group .Conclusion:The domestic medical spinal correction bed could improve the rate of the patients with AIS , operability stronger , better compliance .
