白芍作为低张力胃肠造影药物的实验研究

摘要

目的：探讨白芍作为低张力胃肠造影药物的可行性。方法：实验分为空白组、阳性对照组、白芍低中高剂量组；采用小鼠碳末排出实验、小肠推进实验和豚鼠离体回肠运动实验观察白芍水提液对肠运动的影响。结果：白芍中高剂量均能够延迟小鼠碳末排出时间，降低小肠推进率，增加豚鼠离体回肠平滑肌振幅变化。结论：白芍具有减慢肠蠕动、松弛肠平滑肌作用，具有作为低张力胃肠造影剂的可行性。%Objective:To explore the feasibility of Paeonia lactiflora Pall was taken as low tension gastroin-testinal contrast agent .Methods: Experiment was divided into control , positive control and low , middle, high dose Paeonia lactiflora Pall groups .Carbon discharge and small intestinal propelling experiment in mice and movement of guinea pigs'isolated ileumwere applied to observe the effects of Paeonia lactiflora Pall water extract on intestinal movement .Results:Paeonia lactiflora Pall of middle and high dose could delay carbon discharge time in mice, reduce the advance rate of mice'small intestinal propelling and increase the changes of amplitude of guinea pigs'isolated ileum smooth muscle .Conclusion: Paeonia lactiflora Pall can slow bowel movement and relax intestinal smooth muscle , which can be taken as low tension gastrointestinal contrast agent to apply .
