急性胰腺炎的类型和预后的判断

摘要

探讨判断急性胰腺炎预后的指标。结果显示患者阳性指标少于4项者主要为水肿型，预后较好；患者有5～8项阳性指标。主要为出血坏死型，预后欠佳，病死率增加，宜早期手术治疗；阳性指标超过8项者预后极差。%To find out prognostic assessment indicaters of aucte pancreacreatitis fitting to our country.The patient with less than 4 positive indicators had a good result and was classified to acute edematous pancreatitis ,the patient with 5 to 8 postive indicators was not so good ,and the patient with more than 8 postive indicators had a poor result with the mortality increased to 95％ .
