髌骨急性损伤与人工生物材料修复

     

摘要

BACKGROUND: Artificial bin material" can be us ed f or prosthetic replacement, transplantation, reconstruction o r re g en e ration ofthe patella by using tissue engineering technology to repair severe patella injury.OBJECTIVE: To review tie achievement in tissue engineering fixation and bone scaffold materials and to focus on the applicationof artificial bio mate rials in repair of patellar injury.METHODS: A computer search of CHKI and PubMed (1970-01/2011-04) was performedfor articles related to repair of patellarinjury and bio mate rials using the keywords of "patella; materials; treatment' in Chinese and English. Totally 27 articles wereincluded.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the treatment of patella injury, fkation materials were used firstly; absorbable fixation materials,in particular, showed a clear advantage. A single natural material or synthetic material is difficult to meet the needs of clinicalapplication, composite materials and bionic bone prepared by the appropriate combination of severalsingle materials haveobtained good results in clinic.%背景:组织工程技术可以运用人工生物材料对髌骨进行假体置换、移植、重建或再生等手段,治疗严重髌骨损伤.目的:概述组织工程内固定材料及骨支架材料的运用相关研究成果,着重分析人工生物材料在髌骨治疗中的临床运用效果.方法:应用计算机检索CNKI和PubMed数据库中1970-01/2011-04关于髌骨损伤治疗及其材料学方面的文章,在标题和摘要中以"髌骨;材料;治疗"或"Patella;Materials;Treatment"为检索词进行检索.选择文章内容与髌骨治疗措施及材料学相关,根据纳入标准选择27篇文章进行综述.结果与结论:在治疗髌骨损伤过程中,人工生物材料最早以内固定材料进行运用,尤其可吸收内固定材料表现出明显优势.单一天然材料或合成材料很难满足临床应用效果的需要,将几种单一材料经过恰当的组合而形成的复合型材料及仿生骨,实际应用中取得了较好的效果.
