摘要

Complex interactions between adsorbed plasma proteins and plasma itself have been studied. Proteins deposited by plasma onto actual kidney coils, showing adsorbtion in actual use may be identified, even after formalin treatment. Preliminary data is reported of the remarkable heat and chemical resistance found in adsorbed fibrinogen and clotting factor XII,and of the behavior of plasma from patients before and after dialysis.
