ERAS通过运用最新的关怀理念、多种医疗模式和先进技术等一系列有效改善围手术期的各项措施,优化工作流程,实现快速康复,缩短住院时间,提高患者生活质量.%With the rapid development of image technology , the detection rate of early lung cancer is higher and higher in the early stage of lung cancer with small lesions such as ground glass nodules ( GGO) and subcentimeter nodules( less than or e-qual to 1 cm).The traditional treatment of perioperative period is greatly challenged.At the same time, the occurrence of pul-monary embolism and the bad effect of analgesia can seriously influence the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients , reduce patient satisfaction and prolong hospital stay.Through the improvement of the perioperative measures , ERAS promote postoper-ative rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients.
