顺-1-乙酰基-2-对位取代苯基-6,6-二甲基-5,7-二氧-螺-[2,5]-4,8-辛二酮(1a～1d)与苯硫酚(2)在封管中100℃反应得β-乙酰基-γ-苯硫基-γ-对位取代苯基丁酸苯硫酯(3a～3d),当反应物为1a时,还同时得到α-苯硫羰基-β-乙酰基-γ-对甲苯基-γ-丁酸内酯(4).%Cis-1-acetyl-2-p-substitutedphenyl-6,6-dimethyl-5,7-dioxa-spiro-[2,5]-4,8-octadiones(1a～1d) reacted with thiophenol(2) in a sealed tube at 100℃ to give phenyl β-acetyl-γ-phenylthio-γ-p-substituted-phenyl-butyrothioates(3a～3d), while 1a as the reactant, α-carbophenylthio-β- acetyl-γ-p-methyl- phenylbutyro-γ-lactone(4) was also obtained.
