In the past two years, researchers have been exploring the precision medicine� Thanks to the development of sequence industry and clinical study, the big data about the precision medicine have been more and more sufficient� However, how to deal with the precision data is still a question for clinicians� We focus on the hot issues that disturb clinicians most, wanting to help them to make suitable decisions between the traditional and precision medicine of breast cancer� We believe the precision medicine is on the way.%精准医学概念提出已有近两年时间，虽然不断有相关研究结果公布，但我们对如何利用这些精准数据完善临床实践仍存有困惑。我们将从临床实践出发，就当前乳腺癌精准医学热点问题进行思考，期望可以帮助临床医师解决困惑，在当前形势下找到最佳的治疗决策。相信随着理念的加深及相关研究的开展，乳腺癌精准医学定会走向成熟。
