强精胶囊对精索静脉曲张大鼠附睾显微结构的影响

         

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of Qiangjing(强精)Capsuleon the epididymal microstructure and sperm quality in rats with varicocele. Methods One hundred adolescent male SD rats were randomly as-signed to two groups, Sham-operated group(10 rats)and Varicocele(VC) model group(90 rats). The VC model was established by narrowing the left renal vein. After four weeks, successful VC was confirmed in 72 rats which were randomly divided into the following groups: model group (MG), Qiangjing(强精)capsule high (QHG), me-dium (QMG) and low dosage groups (QLG), Wuzi Yanzong capsule group (WYG), and Shaofu Zhuyu (少腹逐瘀)capsule group(SZG). Each group had 12 rats. In these groups, the rats got intragastric administration respec-tively with saline, Qiangjing (强精) capsule high, medium and low doses, Wuzi Yanzong(五子衍宗) capsule, and Shaofu Zhuyu(少腹逐瘀)capsuleonce a day for four weeks. Then epididymal sperm density and dynamic changes and also the epididymal morphological changes were examined. Results The epididymal sperm vitali-ty and density of MG rats were low. The sperm motility and density of QHG were significantly higher than those of QMG ,QLG, WYG,and SZG (P<0.01). The sperm motility and density of QMG were significantly higher than those of QLG and SZG (P<0.01). Microscopic observation of all treatment groups in rat epididymis showed im-provement in different degrees of them, the QHG was most significant. Conclusion Qiangjing(强精)capsule could improve the sperm density and vitality,and the morphology of epididymis.%  目的:观察强精胶囊对精索静脉曲张大鼠附睾显微结构的影响。方法:100只青春期雄性SD大鼠,随机抽取10只为假手术组,90只缩窄左肾静脉建立精索静脉曲张模型,随机分为模型组、强精胶囊高中低剂量组、五子衍宗胶囊组和少腹逐瘀胶囊组。分别给予相应药物灌胃,观察大鼠附睾精子密度与活力的变化和附睾组织的形态变化。结果:强精胶囊高剂量组精子活力与密度较中、低剂量组、五子衍宗胶囊组、少腹逐瘀胶囊组明显增高(P<0.01),强精胶囊中剂量组、五子衍宗胶囊组的上述指标也较低剂量组、少腹逐瘀胶囊组明显增高(P<0.01);光镜观察各治疗组大鼠附睾组织均有不同程度的改善,并以强精胶囊高剂量组最为明显。结论:强精胶囊可以改善模型大鼠精子密度与活力,并改善附睾的形态结构。
