Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Antifungal Activity of N-((2,6-Difluorophenyl)carbamoyl)-1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide

The title compound N-((2,6-difluorophenyl)carbamoyl)-l,3-dimethyl-lH-pyrazole-4-carboxamide (C13H12F2N4O2) was synthesized,and its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR,HRMS and X-ray diffraction.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a =9.50(2),b =10.11(2),c =14.07(3) (A),β =102.15(3)°,Dc =1.480 g/cm3,Z =4,V=1320(5) A3,the final R =0.0789 and wR =0.1860 for 1054 observed reflections with I ＞ 2σ(I).The preliminary biological test shows that the title compound has weak antifungal activities.
