军队院校卫生事业管理专业研究生课程设置与改革研究

摘要

目的 了解军队院校现行卫生事业管理专业研究生课程设置现状及存在的问题,为提高研究生培养质量和推动教学改革提供依据.方法 抽取第三军医大学10名教员和35名学员,通过小组讨论和问卷调查的方式进行调查.结果 大部分教员和学员认为,卫生事业管理专业研究生课程设置总体状况不理想,学分要求过高,课程结构不合理,个别课程内容陈旧,缺少新的理论和案例,部分教材选用不当.结论 军队院校现行卫生事业管理专业研究生课程设置已经不能满足教学和研究生培养的需要,有待改革.%Objectives To understand the existing military academies graduate health administration curriculum and problems of the status quo, improve the quality of graduate education, and provide reference to promote education reform. Methods 10 instructors and 35 students were selected in the Third Military Medical University, group discussion and questionnaire surveys were conducted. Results The majority of instructors and students think that graduate health administration curriculum is not ideal, the requirements of the overall credit situation is too high, the course structure is irrational, the content of individual courses is obsolete, new theories and cases are few, part of the materials are improper. Conclusions The existing military academies graduate health administration curriculum can not meet the education and postgraduate training needs, further reform is needed.
