目的 了解各级中医医院中医优势病种的病例分型特点及分布.方法 根据ICD -10疾病系统分类,按照三位数类目表分类标准,统计出2009年浙江省中医系统前30种优势病种,再对这30种病种分不同级别医院病例分型特点分析.结果 越是治疗难度大的病种在高级别医院分布比例越高,而越是治疗难度相对较低的病种在低级别医院分布比例越高,而且同类病种的危、急、疑病例分型比例也大多数遵循从省级到地市级到县区级医院是由高到低的排列顺序.结论 中医优势病种的病例分型特点在不同级别医院有很大的差异性.市级和县级中医医院在收治疑难杂症或治疗难度较高的病种的水平上与省级医院差距较大,有待发展.%Objectives To understand the situation and level of case classification of Chinese medicine dominant disease in Chinese medicine hospitals at all levels. Methods According to Three-digit rubrics of classification of ICD -10 diseases system classification, the top 30 Chinese medicine dominant disease in Zhejiang Province in 2009 were found out, then the situation and level of case classification of the 30 types of disease at the different levels of hospitals was analyzed. Results The more intractable disease distributed in the high-level hospitals, The less intractable disease distributed in the low-level hospitals, and the case classification level of similar diseases also follow the order of highest to lowest from the provincial, municipal to the county level hospital. Conclusions The case classification level of Chinese medicine dominant disease is different at every level of hospitals, The municipal and county hospitals is lower than provincial hospitals, which need to be developed.
