目的 了解兵团基层卫生机构人力资源的现状,分析其数量、结构和能力,为合理配置和开发兵团基层机构卫生人力,为兵团医学教育和卫生事业发展提供决策依据.方法 于2006年对新疆生产建设兵团基层卫生机构人力数量、年龄、性别、学历、职称和专业结构进行调查,用SPSS 13.0进行统计分析.结果 截至2005年,兵团基层卫生机构卫生人员共4 654人,占兵团卫生人力的18.5%,其中男、女各占34.3%和 65.7%;30岁以下占8.7%,30～49岁组共占74.4%,50岁及以上占16.9%;没有专业学历占19.4%,中专和大专学历共占77.7%,本科学历占4.5%;临床医学专业占52.9%,护理专业占17.3%,公共卫生专业占2.3%.结论 兵团基层单位卫生人员素质和能力偏低;全科医师严重短缺;社区卫生人力配置滞后.%Objectives To investigate the status of health manpower resources in primary health care institutes in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps so as to allocate and develop them well and provide some decision making evidence for the medical education and development of health. Methods Health resources survey was conducted in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in 2006 ,and the distribution of the number, age, gender, education,promotion and titles and majors were analyzed using SPSS 13. 0. Results Up to 2005,there were 4654 primary health care personnel accounted for 18. 5％ of total personnel. Among them male and female accounted for 34. 3％ and 65. 7％ respectively. Staffs aged below 30 years accounted for 8. 7％ ,30～49 years accounted for 74. 4 ％ , over 50 years accounted for 16. 9％. No medical education background was 19. 4 ％ , secondary education and associate degree together were up to 77. 7％. The staffs majoring on medicine and nursing accounted for 52. 9％ and 17. 3％ respectively. Conclusions The quality and competence of primary health personnel in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is relatively lower; GP is in shortage severely; the allocation is not proper.
