武汉市某大学社区居民2型糖尿病患病情况及相关因素调查

摘要

Objectives To study the prevalence of type-2 diabetes and to analyze the relevant risk factors. Methods The household interview and physical inspection was conducted based on the documents of the health situation of residents of the community in 2010. Results The prevalence rate of diabetes was 6. 7% in the 2 251 cases. With the age increased, the prevalence rate rose up and reached the peak at the age of 65-75. The difference of the prevalence rate between men and women was not significant. Conclusions It is necessary to improve the self-care awareness and skills of residents and strengthen the prevention of the diabetes.%目的 了解社区居民2型糖尿病患病状况以及该病发生的相关危险因素.方法 依据武汉市某社区居民2010年家庭健康档案信息,采用入户问卷调查及健康体检相结合的方法,分析居民2型糖尿病相关因素.结果 2 251名居民中,2型糖尿病患病率为6.7%;随着年龄的增长,2型糖尿病患病率有逐渐增加的趋势,65~75岁组为高峰;男女性别间的患病差异无统计学意义.结论 通过社区健康教育,提高居民自我保健意识和技能,对加强糖尿病的预防十分重要.
