目的：探讨2013年就诊于武汉某三级甲等综合医院急诊科自杀患者的流行病学特征，为自杀的识别和预防提供理论依据。方法自制急诊科自杀就诊患者登记表，根据急诊患者预检分诊登记的电子信息系统进行回顾性分析，资料采用SPSS 17．0软件建立数据库，运用频数和百分比进行统计描述。结果2013年医院急诊科共接诊自杀患者136例，其中女性（90例，66．18％）明显多于男性（46例，33．82％），青年、中年患者（分别占60．30％和25．00％）人数最多；农药中毒和安眠药（43．38％和38．97％）为主要自杀方式，家庭矛盾、婚恋受挫、工作学习压力为前3位的自杀原因，自杀月份主要集中在4－10月份，时间点集中在13点至凌晨1点。结论在农村和城市，自杀已成为一个不可忽视的社会现象，应引起家庭、社会、医务人员的高度重视，多方协调做好自杀的早期识别和干预工作。%Objectives To explore the features of 136 suicidal patients who have been treated in the Emergency Depart‐ment of a Grade A Tertiary Hospital in 2013 ,to provide a theoretical basis for identifying and preventing suicide commit‐ting .Methods Registration form about suicidal patient was designed to collect the information and a retrospective a‐nalysis was made on the basis of the electronic information registered in triage .The statistics was described in fre‐quency and percentage .Results Suicidal patients in this hospital amounts to 136 in total in 2013 ,among which women (90 ,66 .18% ) apparently exceeded men (46 ,33 .82% ) .Most patients were the youth(60 .30% ) and the mid‐aged (25 .00% ) ,and the prominent suicidal methods committed were pesticide poisoning (43 .38% ) and sleep‐ing pills overdose (38 .97% ) .The top three reasons for suicide were family conflicts ,marriage and relationship set‐backs ,the stress from work and study .Furthermore ,suicide committing frequented from April to July in a year and 13 o'clock to 1 o'clock (next day) in a day .Conclusions Suicide committing has become a noticeable social phe‐nomenon in rural and urban area which deserves highly attention from family members ,social organization and hos‐pital workers ,to prevent and identify suicide committing in coordination .
