武汉市美沙酮维持治疗患者婚姻状态对服药维持率影响的调查分析

Objectives To understand the marriage status of methadone maintenance treatment patients in Wuhan city,and to provide reliable basis for health administrative departments and medical institutions.Methods Cluster random sampling method was used to choose 612 methadone maintenance treatment patients from three medical in-stitutions,and questionnaire survey was conducted on them.Results 601 valid questionnaires were returned,and the efficiency was 98.2%.Among the respondents,448 were male and the rest 1 53 were female.The percent of the ob-jects whose annual medicine taking rate was above 75% was 48.2%(290).The annual medicine taking rate of the group with stable marriage was higher than that of the group with unstable marriage and the group with unknown marital status,while there was no significant different between the group with unstable marriage and the group whose marriage status were unknown.The QOL score of the group with stable marriage was higher than that of the group with unstable marriage and the group whose marriage status were unknown,while the QOL score of the group with unstable marriage was higher than that of the group whose marriage status were unknown.Conclusions Stable marital status and good medicine-taking maintenance rate can help patients get more social and family support,which can in turn improve the medicine-taking maintenance rate,reduce relapse and help the patients return to society fas-ter.All these factors are important factors and guarantees of improving the life quality of the methadone maintenance treatment patients.%目的：了解武汉市美沙酮维持治疗患者的婚姻状况，为政府卫生部门及医疗机构提供可靠依据。方法采用随机整体抽样法，在武汉市多个辖区的3家美沙酮维持治疗点随机抽样612名美沙酮维持治疗患者进行问卷调查。结果共收回有效问卷601份，有效率98.2%。被调查对象中男性448人，女性153人。年服药率在75%以上组患者总人数为290人，占总人数的48.2%，年服药率在75%以下组患者总人数为311人，占总人数的51.8%；婚姻稳定组年服药率高于婚姻不稳定组和婚姻缺失组，婚姻不稳定组和婚姻缺失组在服药率上差异无统计学意义；婚姻稳定组所得生命质量评分高于婚姻不稳定组和婚姻缺失组，婚姻不稳定组生命质量评分高于婚姻缺失组。结论稳定的婚姻状态和良好的服药维持率能够帮助患者得到更多的社会、家庭支持；更多的社会、家庭支持能够使患者提高服药维持率，减少复吸，更快地回归社会，从而提高美沙酮维持治疗患者的生命质量。
