医疗暴力存在原因及其防范对策探析

摘要

医疗暴力已经成为影响医患关系和谐的重要行为,而且发展为影响社会稳定的毒瘤.医疗暴力有效防范关系到医疗卫生事业的发展和人民大众的卫生保健.分析了医疗暴力存在的原因,并在此基础上提出了医疗暴力防范对策,包括树立社会对医学及医疗损害的正确认识,建立和完善打击医疗暴力的法律制度,强化政府的社会管理职能,加强医务人员风险评估能力的培训.%Medical violence has become an important problem which effects the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and social stability.Effectvie prevention of medical violence is related with the development of medical service and public health care.The paper analyzes the reasons of the medical violence and put forward some countermeasures on this basis,including establishing a correct understanding of medical service and medical damage,establishing and improving the legal system,strengthening the government's social management function,and strengthening the training of medical personnel risk assessment.
