科技期刊助推国家区域医疗中心建设与发展的探讨

摘要

Objective This paper aims to explore the role of scientific and technological journals in the construc-tion and development of National regional medical centers ,so as to enhance the service ability of scientific and tech-nological journals.Methods The status ,function orientation and responsibilities of the construction about national regional medical centers were introduced. The ways and functions of scientific and technological journals in the con-struction practice of regional medical center were expounded ,as well as the problems and suggestions on promoting the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements were also analyzed.Results Science and tech-nology journals improve the professional quality of employees by promoting new medical achievements and new tech-nologies ,as well as recruiting and training innovative talents.Meanwhile ,they promote the function and responsibili-ties of the medical center and realize the target task.Conclusion The construction and development of the scientific and technological journals and National regional medical centers are interdependent and co-developed. The scientific and technological journals can improve the clinical specialist level ,help the construction and development of regional medical centers and also gain the sustainable development in this process.%探讨科技期刊对国家区域医疗中心建设与发展的作用,以提升科技期刊的服务能力.方法 介绍国家区域医疗中心建设的现状、功能定位及职责,并阐述科技期刊在区域医疗中心建设实践中的参与途径及作用,分析其在促进医学科技成果转化方面存在的问题及建议.结果 科技期刊通过推广医学新成果、新技术,招募、培训创新人才等方式,提高从业人员的职业素质,同时可促进区域医疗中心发挥其功能与职责,实现其目标任务.结论 科技期刊与国家区域医疗中心的建设与发展相互依存、共同发展,科技期刊可提高临床专科水平,对区域医疗中心的建设与发展产生较大的助推力,并在这个过程中自身也获得可持续发展.
