涡流阵列检测修正C扫描成像技术研究

     

摘要

基于涡流阵列无损检测平台和涡流阵列传感器,简单介绍了涡流阵列C扫描成像过程.针对涡流阵列C扫描成像方法中线圈单元点扩展函数卷积效应导致缺陷图像模糊和图像中裂纹位置与实际裂纹所在位置存在位置差等问题,利用涡流阵列特征提取方法和图像分割、边缘提取、细化处理等图像处理方法,提出了可以较为准确反映裂纹位置、长度、方向等特征信息的涡流阵列修正C扫描成像.成像结果验证了算法的正确性和在涡流无损检测中的优势.%Based on an eddy current array non-destructive detecting instrument and a eddy current array sensor,the formation procedures of eddy current array C scan image are simply introduced. Because of the existence of the problems of the C scan image, image blur due to convolution of point spread function of eddy current array sensor with defects and orientation inaccuracy between image crack and actual crack, this paper presents the modified C scan image that can reflect orientation, length, direction of the crack more accurately. The algorithms carry out by means of crack feature extraction method and image segmentation, edge detection, thinning method. The results verify the validation of the algorithms and the superiority of the modified C scan image.
