用于SPR检测的自消噪光电二极管阵列驱动电路

     

摘要

An adaptive noise cancellation photodiode-array drive circuit was designed for detecting SPR phenomenon. The circuit can measure the light intensity distribution accurately within rectangular area, thus determinate the SPR resonance angle. The linear image sensor: S3903-1024Q (Hamamatsu product)photodiode-array device was used as the photoelectric converter and driven by the improved current integration method. In this way, the circuit can restrain noise components adaptively according to different environmental noise conditions. The experimental results shown that the photodiode-array detector circuit really can provide significantly noise restraint, thus improve SNR more than 10dB.%以检测SPR现象为目的,设计了一种新型的具有自消噪功能的光电二极管阵列驱动电路.该电路可以精确检测矩形区域内的光强分布,从而确定SPR共振角.电路选用滨松光子学株式会社(Hamamatsu)生产的S3903-1024Q型光电二极管阵列线性图像传感器作为光电转换器件,并以改进型电流积分方式进行驱动,可以根据检测环境的噪声条件自适应消噪.经实验证明,设计的具有自消噪功能的光电二极管驱动电路显著抑制了信号中的噪声分量,使输出信噪比提高10 dB以上.
