一种基于多频生物电阻抗法的人体腹部脂肪检测系统的设计

     

摘要

Human body's abdominal fat content can be divided into SFA( Subcutaneous Fat Area) and VFA( Visceral Fat Area)according to the depth,two kinds of fat content has certain effects on human health,in order to avoid the measurement of different depth of abdominal fat content caused by their mutual interference. This paper introduces a design based on the bioimpedance spectroscopy method BIS ( bioimpedance spectroscopy ) for the measurement of the human abdominal fat device. The device adopts four electrodes and multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance measurement system, mainly including the programmable signal generator module and the amplitude and phase detection module. According to the selection of the best relative fixed electrode position and the appropriate measurement scheme,the corresponding depth of abdominal fat content can be calculated. The result indicates that the system is stable and reliable, with sufficient accuracy, precision and good repeatability. So for the traditional impedance analysis measurement systems with BIS which needs only measuring a single depth abdominal fat content has an important reference meaning help.%人体的腹部脂肪含量按深度可以分为皮下脂肪SFA(Subcutaneous Fat Area)和内脏脂肪VFA(Visceral Fat Area),两种脂肪的含量对人体健康具有一定的影响,为了避免测量不同深度的腹部脂肪含量造成的相互干扰.设计了一种基于多频生物电阻抗法BIS(Bioimpedance Spectroscopy)测量人体腹部脂肪的装置,该装置采用四电极多频率的生物电阻抗测量系统,主要包括程控信号发生器模块和幅度相位检测模块.根据选择的最佳的电极相对固定位置及合适的测量方案,可以计算出相应深度的腹部脂肪含量.实测表明该系统稳定可靠,具有足够的测量精度、准确度与重复性好等特点.所以对于传统的借助于生物电阻抗法测量单一深度的腹部脂肪含量的测量系统具有重要的借鉴意义.
