光电传感器特性参数测试系统的设计

     

摘要

光电传感器的特性参数检测需要对多种参数进行测试(如相对位置的位移、转角、光电传感器的电流、电压等),针对不同参数关系之间的测试要求,需采用不同的测试方法.传统的测试方法需要根据被测参数手动连接电路实现模式的切换,且测试方法枯燥而冗长.通过设计基于PXI系统的自动测试系统,集成多种测试模式的测试软件,设置多种调整环节,实现光电对的各种相对位置下的多参数、多模式灵活测试.实验结果表明测试系统很好地满足光电传感器不同参数间的测试需求.%The characteristic parameters testing of photoelectric sensor requires multiple parameters measurement (such as 3-dimensional displacement and rotation, the current and voltage of the photoelectric sensor). For measurement of relationship between different parameters, different methods should be used. The traditional test methods need to be connected the circuit manually to achieve the switch of the measuring mode for different measured parameters,which is boring and spent time. Using PXI-based automated test system design, it integrates multiple measurement modes in the software,which can set many aspects of adjustment to achieve multi-parameter, multi-mode and flexible tests of photoelectric sensors. The experimental results show that the test system can satisfy the multiple needs of photoelectric sensor measurement.
