Based on the traditional Time Grating Displacement Sensor signal processing system, we put forward a new control circuit with Time Grating Displacement Sensor that using AD9959 and STM32 F4 to replace the original signal processing system that using CPLD,FPGA and DSP. The practical application shows when using 48 pole Time Grating Sensor,the error of the whole period(0o ~360o) as ± 1. 62". The program streamlines of circuit structure improve the reliability and stability of the signal system,and also reduce costs of the production.%在传统时栅位移传感器信号处理系统的基础上,提出了一种利用AD9959和STM32F4所构成的新型时栅位移传感器控制电路来代替原来以CPLD、FPGA和DSP所构成的信号处理系统。实际应用表明:48对极时栅传感器整周(0o~360o)的误差达到依1.62义,该方案精简了电路结构,提高了信号系统的可靠性与稳定性,降低了生产成本。
