基于循环修正思路的科技期刊综合评价

摘要

[Purposes] This paper aims to solve the inconsistency problem of different evaluation conclusions.We propose using the comprehensive evaluation method that revises things circularly.[Methods] In this paper,firstly,we used the TOPSIS evaluation method,principle component analysis,factor analysis and weighted arithmetic mean method to evaluate preventive medicine and hygiene core journals.We tested the consistency of the four methods through the Kendall consistent coefficient.Secondly,we evaluated the respective evaluation results above by circulation revision with the mean method,Borda method and Copeland method.[Findings] The consistent conclusion was obtained after two circulation revisions.[Conclusions] The circulation revision method can effectively solve the inconsistency problem and improve the scientificity of the evaluation.%[目的]采用循环修正的组合评价方法对期刊进行综合评价,以解决多种评价方法结论的非一致性问题.[方法]先采用TOPSIS法、主成分分析法、因子分析法和加权算术平均法对预防医学与卫生学核心期刊进行了综合评价,并通过肯达尔一致性系数对四种方法进行了一致性检验,然后利用平均值法、Borda法、Copeland法对四种单一评价结果进行了循环修正评价.[结果]经过两次循环评价得到了一致的结论.[结论]循环修正的组合评价方法能有效解决多种评价方法结论的非一致性问题,从而提高期刊评价的全面性和科学性.
