Objective: To observe the mental health status of medical students, and provide the theoretical basis for the development of mental health education of medical students.Methods: 501 undergraduate students were assessed with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) to investigate mental health status.The data were compared with Chinese norm, and the results were analyzed statistically.Results: In 10 subscales of MMPI,scores of Hs, Hy, Pd and Pt were higher in both male and female students than in norm.Moreover, the scores of Sc and Ma in male students were higher than in norm.There was statistically significant difference between boys and girls in scores of L, F, Mf, Si and Ma.The scores of T in Hy and Si were higher in male freshmen students than in male junior students, and the scores of T in F, Pd, Pa, Si were higher in female freshmen students than in female junior students.The proportion of male students with T≥60 and T≥70 was higher than in female students, but there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion: The mental problem of undergraduates was outstanding.There was individual difference not only between freshmen students and junior students but also between male students and female students.It is important to reveal the mental health status for carrying out mental health education and consultation pertinently.%目的:了解医专学生心理健康状况,为开展医专学生心理健康教育提供理论依据.方法:501例在校大学生采用明尼苏达多相人格调查表(MMPI)进行心理健康状况测查,并与中国常模比较,所得数据结果进行统计分析.结果:MMPI 10个分量表中,男女大学生疑病(Hs)、癔病(Hy)、精神病态(Pd)及精神衰弱(Pt)量表原始分值均显著高于中国常模,此外男生精神分裂症(Sc)和轻躁狂(Ma)原始分值显著高于中国常模;男女大学生的说谎(L)、诈病(F)、性度(Mf)、社会内向(Si)及Ma分值差异有统计学意义.不同年级中Hy和Si的T分一年级男生显著高于二年级男生,一年级女生F、Pd、Pa、Si的T分显著高于二年级女生;T≥60和70的男大学生的比例高于女大学生,但差异无统计学意义.结论:大学生心理问题比较突出,男女大学生及不同年级的大学生之间存在个性差异,了解大学生的心理健康状况可为针对性开展大学生心理健康教育和心理咨询有十分重要的意义.
