McKenzie技术治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床效果

目的：观察中医推拿配合McKenzie技术对椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床影响。方法80例入选者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例(对照组脱失1例)，对照组采用中医推拿治疗，观察组采用中医推拿结合McKenzie技术治疗，并于治疗前和治疗3周后采用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评价。结果治疗后，两组患者的ODI、VAS评分和SDS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.001)，观察组患者ODI和VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)，两组SDS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论中医推拿结合McKenzie技术对椎间盘源性下腰痛有较好的疗效。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of manipulation combined with McKenzie technique on discogenic low back pain. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into control group (n=39, 1 case was lost) and observation group (n=40). The patients in obser-vation group received manipulation and McKenzie technique, while the control group received manipulation only. All the patients were eval-uated with Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Visual Analogous Scale (VAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) before and 3 weeks af-ter treatment. Results The scores of ODI, VAS and SDS decreased after treatment in both groups (P<0.01). The score of ODI and VAS were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the score of SDS between two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Manipulation combined with McKenzie technique is more effective on discogenic low back pain.
