Objective To discuss the intervention of music therapy for autistic child in verbal development. Methods An autistic child accepted receptive and recreative music therapy, his development of verbal and relative abilities were observed. Results The verbal and rela-tive abilities significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion Music therapy is very effective on language development in the autistic child, as well as the development of moods, sensory perception, communication, behavior and cognition.%目的 讨论音乐治疗对孤独症患儿语言发展的干预过程.方法 对1例孤独症患儿运用接受式和再创造式的音乐治疗方法进行干预,分别于干预前、中、后期测量语言及相关能力.结果 孤独症患儿的语言及情绪、感知觉、沟通、行为、认知能力得到提高.结论 音乐治疗对于孤独症患儿语言发展干预有效;患儿的情绪、感知觉、沟通、行为、认知能力得到相应提高.
