横摇对水平管外制冷剂两相降膜流动换热特性的影响分析

     

摘要

为了避免海上复杂工况下绕管式换热器的性能下降,本文进行了不同横摇工况下的管外降膜蒸发过程的模拟,分析了横摇幅度和横摇频率对传热性能的影响。结果显示:在0.05干度下,横摇幅度达到9°时传热性能会下降,降幅27%;较低频率的横摇工况对传热性能影响有微弱强化;相同条件下,干度0.2工况的换热性能更容易受到横摇影响,横摇幅度为3°的工况下,传热性能下降11%。%To avoid the performance decrease of coil-wound heater exchanger under offshore conditions, the falling film evaporation process outside the tubes is simulated under different rolling conditions, and the influence of rolling angle and frequency on heat transfer characteristics is analyzed. The results show that, the heat transfer coefficient is decreased by 27% when the rolling angle is 9° and the vapor quality is 0.05; the heat transfer characteristic is slightly enhanced when the rolling frequency is low;it is more sensitive for the rolling influence when vapor quality is 0.2, and the heat transfer coefficient is decreased by 11%when the rolling angle is 3°.
