放射性肺损伤药物防护的研究进展

摘要

Radiation-induced lung injury is the most common complication after radiotherapy for chest tumor. It is mainly characterized by early radiation-induced pneumonia and late radiation-induced pulmonary fibrosis. Radiation-induced lung injury is closely related not only to irradiation volume and dose, but also to the expression of many cytokines and signal transduction. This paper reviews the research advances in protection against radiation-induced lung injury by various drugs.%放射性肺损伤是胸部肿瘤放疗后的最常见并发症,表现为早期放射性肺炎及晚期放射性肺纤维化.放射性肺损伤与肺受照体积和剂量密切相关,也与多种细胞因子的表达及信号传导有关.本文综述不同药物防护放射性肺损伤的研究进展.
