目的：了解BeyondⅡ冷光美白方法在着色牙齿美白中的临床应用效果。方法：应用Beyond牙齿冷光美白仪治疗56例着色牙患者，治疗前后美白效果变化应用Vita比色板色阶变化进行量化。结果：患者经BeyondⅡ代冷光美白仪治疗后牙齿的美白效果显著，总有效率达87.5%，其中四环素牙组有效率要明显低于增龄性着色牙和氟斑牙组(增龄性着色牙： P<0.01；氟斑牙： P<0.05)；牙齿冷光美白剂对于各种着色牙显效不尽相同，增龄性着色牙组显效结果和无效结果比较有显著意义(P<0.01)；同时部分患者美白治疗过程有不同程度刺激痛感，治疗结束后1w内刺激痛感逐渐消失。结论： BeyondⅡ冷光牙齿美白技术是临床治疗变色牙治疗有效、操作简单、疗效稳定的方法之一。%Objective:To investigate the clinical application of BeyondⅡcold light whitening kit on teeth bleaching. Methods:56 patients were treated with Beyond Ⅱcold light whitening kit. The changes were recorded by matching the color changes with the Vita shade guide before and after treatment.Results:There were significant changes after BeyondⅡcold light whitening treatments, and the total effective rate reached up to 87.5%, in which tetracycline group was signifi-cantly lower than the age-related stained teeth and dental fluorosis group (Age-stained teeth:P<0.01. dental fluorosis:P<0.05). Teeth whitening agent for a variety of stained teeth markedly varied among age-group, and the result of stained teeth and invalid results were more significant (P<0.01). Most patients complained of continuous pain at the start of bleach-ing, but the symptoms reduced in a week after the treatment.Conclusion:Beyond II cold light whitening is a simple, safe and effective method on treatment of tooth discoloration.
