固定修复对折裂牙牙髓健康的影响

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the effect of fixed dental prosthesis on pulp tissue of odontoclasis.Methods:98 teeth were allocated to odontoclasis and control group (49 per group) according to age, sex and tooth position. The pulp tissue conditions were recorded every month in 2 years.Results:6 pulpitis were founded in odontoclasis group, and the incidence rate was 12.5%. Only 1 pulpitis was detected in the control group, and the incidence rate was 2.1%.Conclusion:application of fixed dental prosthesis on odontoclasis should be cautious due to concerns of effects on tooth pulp.%目的：探讨固定修复术对折裂牙牙髓健康的影响。方法：98颗需固定修复的患牙以年龄、性别、牙位配对分成折裂组(49颗)与对照组(49颗)，记录两组在两年中的牙髓状况。结果：折裂组在两年观察中6例发生牙髓炎，发生率12.24%；对照组1例牙髓炎，发生率1.6%；经卡方检验差异有统计学意义。结论：折裂牙采用固定修复应慎重。
