后牙种植义齿邻面接触对天然邻牙牙尖交错位咬合影响的研究

摘要

Objective:To analyze occlusal state of the natural adjacent teeth in intercuspal position before and after CAD/CAM implant denture try-in.Methods:Thirty-five patients were included and their implant superstructures were designed with the aid of computer.T-scan Ⅲ system was used to record the occlusal state during intercuspal position,and the occlusal state of natural adjacent teeth was examined before and after implant denture t~-in.Results:There are sixty-three natural adjacent teeth,including thirty premolars and thirty-three molars.The percentage of occlusal force of premolar after implant denture try-in (5.67 ± 2.670)％ is significantly lower than before (7.63 ± 3.459)％ (P ＜ 0.05).While the percentage of occlusal force of molar after implant denture try-in(14.16± 4.807)％ is also significantly lower than before(17.56± 6.169)％(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The occlusion of the natural adjacent teeth in intercuspal position changed after the implant denture try-in,and the occlusal force is redistributed.%目的:分析后牙CAD/CAM种植义齿试戴前后,天然邻牙牙尖交错位的咬合改变.方法:对35例患者的后牙种植义齿上部结构通过计算机辅助设计,设定邻面接触力度并进行制作,利用T-Man Ⅲ咬合分析仪,记录种植义齿试戴前后天然邻牙在牙尖交错位的咬合力百分比,探讨种植义齿戴入前后天然邻牙的咬合改变.结果:共63颗邻牙,其中前磨牙30颗,磨牙33颗,分两组讨论得出:种植义齿试戴后,相邻前磨牙的咬合力百分比(5.67±2.670)％,显著低于试戴前(7.63±3.459)％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),相邻磨牙的咬合力百分比(14.16±4.807)％,显著低于试戴前(17.56±6.169)％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:种植义齿戴入后,天然邻牙牙尖交错(牙合)的咬合状态发生了改变,上下牙列出现了咬合力的重新分布.
