CAD/CAM种植义齿邻面接触力度对口颌系统动态咬合影响的研究

         

摘要

Objective To analyze occlusal state of the stomatognathic system before and after CAD/CAM implant denture try-in. Methods Thirty-five patients were included and their implant superstructures were designed with the aid of computer. T-scan III system was used to record the occlusal state during lateral excursion and protrusion, and the occlusal state of the stomatognathic system was examined before and after implant denture try-in. Results The disclusion time after implant denture try-in during lateral excursion and protrusion was significantly longer than that before implant denture try-in, and abnormal occlusal contact rate increased significantly. Conclusion The occlusion of the adjacent teeth and the whole stomatognathic system changed after the implant denture try-in.%目的 分析CAD/CAM种植义齿试戴前后,对口颌系统动态咬合的影响.方法 对35名患者的种植义齿上部结构通过计算机辅助设计,设定邻面接触力度并进行制作,在种植义齿戴入前后,分别利用T-scanⅢ咬合分析仪,记录患者在进行前伸及侧方咬合运动时的情况,探讨种植义齿戴入前后,口颌系统的动态咬合状态的改变.结果 种植义齿戴入后前伸结论 种植义齿戴入后,对天然邻牙及整个口颌系统的咬合状态造成影响,可能导致异常接触出现,延长分离时间.
