无牙颌种植固定修复上部结构设计探讨

摘要

传统的全口活动义齿修复存在固位力不足,咀嚼无力,黏膜压痛,发音受限等问题,种植修复技术的出现,有效地改善了义齿的固位和稳定,大大提高了患者的咀嚼功能.而在无牙颌种植修复中,上部修复方式选择对修复体长期成功率、后期咀嚼功能恢复以及美学影响很大.经几十年的发展,无牙颌上部结构材料的选择和修复体设计发生了较大变化,本文将就无牙颌种植固定修复上部结构设计进行探讨.%Compared with conventional complete denture,implant-supported fixed prosthesis can provide better retention and stability,as well as improve the masticatory efficiency of the patients.However,the selection of superstructure has a great influence on the long-term success rate,masticatory function as well as aesthetics.The aim of this review was to summarize different designs of the implant superstructure and improvement of the implant treatment design in completely edentulous jaws.
